Main responsibilities: * Provide friendly and efficient service to our patients at the reception. * Accurately perform daily opening and closing of the cash register. * Issue payment receipts and manage various payment methods (POS, cash, bank transfers). * Perform daily cash reconciliation and generate administrative reports. * Verify current promotions and ensure their correct application. * Keep the work area clean and organized. * Assist with general administrative tasks. * Request and control basic office supplies (e.g., printer ink). Requirements: * Completed technical studies (Administration, Secretarial, or related fields). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in clinics, aesthetic centers, or healthcare facilities. * Proficiency with cash register systems and electronic receipt issuance. * Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and proactivity. * Strong organizational ability and responsibility. * Basic knowledge of promotions and POS systems is desirable.
