We dare to undertake and innovate, take risks, and generate opportunities that allow us to remain always at the forefront, leading us to reinvent ourselves in order to deliver the best shopping experience at every point of interaction with us. **Job Mission:** Provide support for the land acquisition, municipal and registry sanitation process. **Job Responsibilities:** * Administrative and document management: Support the collection, review, and filing of all technical, municipal, and registry documentation related to properties. * Prepare tracking and progress reports for procedures, following up with the respective entities. * Support in external procedures and coordination: Assist in managing procedures with municipalities, Sunarp, Cofopri, and other entities for document follow-up and collection, monitoring processing deadlines. * Supplier and purchase order management: Process purchase orders, contracts, and payments for surveyors, architects, notaries, and other suppliers involved in sanitation activities. * Operational support to the department. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Law, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Administration, or related fields.
