Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** * Support Shapers and Product Owners in defining project scope; resolve issues and technical impediments during refinement sessions and estimate effort required for MVP delivery according to SDA and CEA guidelines * Coordinate with Shapers the planning of activities for the quarter and participate in defining and recording commitments for each MVP to be developed during the quarter * Manage local multi-disciplinary projects; propose technical solutions within a specific domain considering various approaches and solve technical problems related to development, performance, stability, among others * Lead and conduct meetings with local teams; identify key project activities and synchronize their execution with the corresponding software factory * Prepare the functional and technical documentation required for project development; build software components in accordance with established guidelines, development standards, and the bank's security policies; prepare and execute test cases according to the project’s functional and technical requirements * Ensure the correct end-to-end functioning of the implemented solution; coordinate and execute the handover plan of implemented solutions to the responsible team (Reliability) * Train others on technical and/or functional knowledge; participate in Communities of Practice and/or NetWorks; engage in training and knowledge-sharing programs implemented by the bank; create manuals or guides for implemented solutions to share with other teams * Participate in ceremonies defined within the agile archetype assigned to the project; implement agile practices and artifacts in project development * Perform other duties inherent to the role or assigned by your immediate supervisor Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or university graduate in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computing, Informatics, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development. * Experience programming in Java or Cobol. * Experience in payment systems/sector (desirable). * Proficiency with databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL). * Soft skills: teamwork, adaptability, proactivity, analytical ability, resilience, effective communication. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to achieve a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
