Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** * Participate in project refinements to support Shapers and Product Owners in defining project scope considering business trends; resolve problems and impediments in technical solutions during refinements; advise on effort estimation for MVP delivery, taking into account the impact and feasibility of the solution under guidelines defined by SDA and CEA * Participate in Project Onboarding to validate the project scope handover completed by Shapers; participate in planning activities for the quarter, identifying risks and proposing solution alternatives based on theories, methods, and models; participate in defining and recording commitments for each MVP to be developed during the quarter * Lead projects transversally, adapting designs with high-complexity solutions based on business trends; manage high-complexity projects across multiple domains at local and global levels; propose technical solutions with a holistic vision * Lead meetings with global and local teams; identify key project activities and synchronize their execution with the team; guide cross-team communication and ensure clarity in meeting technical specifications of the project * Produce required functional and technical documentation for project development with a cross-functional, strategic, and multi-application perspective; design and/or develop software components according to defined software development guidelines and bank security policies; collaborate and suggest specialized test cases according to functional and technical project requirements; ensure compliance with local and global guidelines within the corresponding software factory * Ensure post-production support for deployed developments; guarantee proper end-to-end functioning of the implemented solution; ensure the handover plan of implemented solutions to the responsible team (Reliability) * Continuously develop technical and/or functional knowledge in software development; participate in Communities of Practice and/or Networks; take part in training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives implemented by the bank; create manuals or guides for implemented solutions to share with other teams * Comply with the agile framework in project development, participating in agile ceremonies and implementing agile practices throughout project execution * Promote Agile principles and values within the corresponding software factory; facilitate resolution of development blockers * And other duties inherent to the position or assigned by your immediate supervisor Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or university graduate in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields. * +7 years of experience in backend development. * Experience programming in Java or Cobol. * Experience in payment sector/teams (valued). * Proficiency with databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL). * Soft skills: teamwork, adaptability, proactivity, analytical ability, resilience, effective communication. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to achieve a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
