Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** * Facilitate Project Refinement meetings, supporting the Scrum Master, Tech Leader, and Product Owners in addressing MVPs according to guidelines defined by SDA and CEA * Receive project scope handover from refinement to register commitments for each MVP to be developed during the quarter * Prepare, execute, and document test cases according to project functional and technical requirements, and provide support for production deployment of developed components * Provide post-production support for deployed developments * Create manuals or guides for implemented solutions to share with other teams * Apply guidelines defined by the Digital Factory, supporting project development under standards and practices that ensure high-quality deliverables * Comply with the agile framework in project development, promoting agile principles and values within the team * Advise the team on technical constraints affecting project development * Support communication of key project activities requiring cross-team coordination * Participate in Synchro ceremonies with Solution Development teams requiring expertise from Reliability teams * And other duties inherent to the role or assigned by your immediate supervisor Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or university graduate in software engineering, systems engineering, computing, informatics, or related fields. * +1 year of experience in backend development. * Experience programming in Java or Cobol * Experience in payment sector / teams (valued). * Proficiency with databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL). * Soft skills: teamwork, adaptability, proactivity, analytical ability, resilience, effective communication **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to achieve a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
