Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** * Participate in Project Refinement: Support the Scrum Master, Tech Lead, and Product Owners in defining project scope; estimate effort required to deliver MVPs according to guidelines established by SDA and CEA; and facilitate project refinement meetings * Participate in Project Onboarding: Identify dependencies that may arise at the start of the project; receive handover of the project scope defined during refinement; participate in planning activities to be carried out in the quarter (Q); and define and record commitments for each MVP to be developed during the quarter (Q) * Develop Projects: Prepare functional and technical documentation required for project development; build software components according to guidelines provided by the Factory and under standards defined by the Bank; prepare, execute, and document test cases in accordance with the project’s functional and technical requirements; and provide support for production deployment of developed components * Provide Post-Production Support for Deployed Deliverables: Ensure correct end-to-end operation of the implemented solution and coordinate the handover plan of implemented solutions to the Reliability team * Share Knowledge Acquired During Project Development: Participate in Communities of Practice; participate in training and knowledge-sharing programs implemented by the Bank; and develop manuals or guides for implemented solutions to be shared with other teams * Apply Guidelines Defined by the Digital Factory: Develop projects under standards and guidelines ensuring high-quality deliverables; synchronize with the Tech Lead and Project Lead to align developments with application evolution strategies; and synchronize with the Reliability team to maintain stable solutions free of technical debt * Comply with the Agile Framework in Project Development: Participate in ceremonies defined within the agile archetype assigned to the project; implement agile practices and artifacts in project development; and promote agile principles and values within the team * Advise and Provide Technical Support to the Team: Advise the team on technical constraints affecting project development; and advise on new technologies or solutions implemented in previous projects * Manage the Work Team: Promote BBVA principles and values within the team; identify key project activities and synchronize their execution with the team; and guide cross-team communication across different teams * Continuously Train Teams: Participate in Tech U and Ninja programs; participate in knowledge-transfer sessions; and participate in Synchro ceremonies with Solution Development teams requiring Reliability team expertise * Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
