We are constantly growing and looking for a committed, responsible, and passionate **Store Manager – Cashier** to provide unique experiences to our customers. \- Working hours * Monday to Sunday. * Shift: **11:00 am – 08:00 pm** (1 hour lunch break). * Rotating day off between Monday and Saturday (Sundays are working days). * Responsible for the **daily store closing**. \- Benefits we offer * Competitive salary \+ **all legal benefits** (CTS, bonuses, Essalud, vacations, family allowance). * Immediate inclusion in the **payroll from day one**. * Opportunities for **career advancement** and constant training. * Exclusive discounts on store products and services. * Job stability in an expanding company. \- Requirements * Technical or university degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields**. * Minimum of **1 year of experience as a cashier, store manager, or person in charge of handling funds**. * Knowledge of **cash reconciliation, invoicing, and electronic payment methods**. * Basic\-intermediate **Excel skills** and billing systems. * Organized, responsible, honest, and detail\-oriented individual. \- Main responsibilities As a **Store Manager – Cashier**, you will play a key role in operations: * **Serve customers at the register** in a courteous and professional manner, providing clear information about their purchases, discounts, and promotions. * **Process payments** in cash, debit/credit cards, and other electronic methods. * **Issue payment receipts** (invoices, bills, credit/debit notes) according to current regulations. * **Perform daily cash counts and close the register**, reconciling sales and reporting any issues. * **Safeguard cash and valuables**, ensuring security and transparency. * **Generate daily cash reports** and deliver them to the Administrator for validation. * **Assist in controlling minor inventory** and restocking products during downtime. * **Promote additional products and services** at the point of sale to maximize sales. * **Supervise organization and cleanliness of the cashier area**, following safety protocols. * **Coordinate with administration** regarding exchanges, returns, or sales-related incidents. * **Assist in closing the store**, ensuring everything is secured according to established procedures. \- If you are a **responsible, organized person with a service orientation**, we want to meet you!
