We are currently seeking a **Collections Call Center Supervisor** to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Law, Banking, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a collections supervisor in charged-off portfolio (ESSENTIAL). * At least 1 year of experience leading collections teams (ESSENTIAL). * Specialization in collections management: handling negotiations and objections. * Intermediate to advanced knowledge and use of Excel and Power BI. * Availability to work in Central Lima - Jr. Camaná (near Colmena station). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and manage a team of collections executives, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support. * Develop strategic plans to achieve established targets. * Prepare and analyze reports – KPIs. * Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure coordination of collections activities. **BENEFITS:** * Remuneration: Salary + commissions. * Payroll inclusion from day one (bonuses, CTS, vacations, ESSALUD, life insurance, profit sharing). * Job stability and career progression. * Ongoing training.
