Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with current internal standards, policies, and procedures. **What do we expect from you?** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles within Risk, Processes, Portfolio Monitoring, or Legal areas * Experience managing and leading teams * Advanced general knowledge of credit, credit policies, and processes. ✓ Knowledge of Securities Law. ✓ Knowledge of negotiation and coaching techniques.* Computer skills: ✓ Excel (advanced level). ✓ Database (intermediate level) o Languages: Intermediate level English **What challenges will you face?*** Sign minutes and EP for release procedures to initiate the cancellation process of registered Real Guarantees in favor of the bank. * Responsible for endorsing securities in favor of the Bank, according to established autonomy, to ensure acceptance of customer collateral. * Drive, coordinate, and align the objectives of various units involved in the formalization processes of Guarantees with the objectives of the Guarantees Services unit. * Propose and adopt management methodologies and/or service agreements with other units involved in the guarantee formalization process to avoid rework, improve efficiency in timing and quality of management, and better focus on value generation. * Maintain constant coordination with specialized units supporting the Guarantees Services Center, such as: Product, Segment, Branch Network, Credit, Appraisals, Legal Advisory for Guarantees, for the formalization of SME client guarantees from credit approval through disbursement; and updating guarantee statuses/files, release instructions, regularization of secondary rankings, tracking Document Management. Digital for reconciliation and alerts on incoming and outgoing guarantee files/incomplete files/pending file submissions; Corporate Services Center for guarantee submission/assignment/linking * Ensure nationwide formalization of SME Guarantees within regulated SLAs, promoting participation from various internal and external involved units (Notaries, External Lawyers), enabling proper and timely perfection of SME Guarantees at active 1st ranking. * Coordinate with different units involved in SME guarantee portfolio administration to generate control reports, frequent reviews, and performance indicators facilitating action plan definition and/or decision-making, with regular escalation as needed. * Ensure and oversee correct formalization of SME guarantees by involved units during the process, as well as by designated personnel responsible for SME Guarantee management, ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence within the Guarantees Services unit. * Ensure timely delivery of management dashboards and results within established periods, as well as provide support for audit and regulatory requirements. * Propose to the Guarantees Services Management changes in processes to ensure reliability and sustainability of SME Guarantee management handled by other units. * Identify improvement opportunities mitigating risks arising from management activities related to SME Guarantees managed by other units, aiming to quantify time and cost savings.
