Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** In Training / Internships (Fixed Term) (Trainee) **What are we looking for?** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure the journey of young talent programs is successful * Support the development of initiatives/strategies to optimize the management of the selection team * Coordinate and create the experience for talent programs. * Monitor selection processes and stages of the intern lifecycle (onboarding, evaluations, and closures). * Monitor evaluations (bidirectional and NPS) and prepare area-specific reports. * Manage and update databases. * Support communication with leaders and interns regarding reminders, feedback, and agreement management. * Assist in organizing internal events and professional development sessions. **Requirements:** * Students from the 8th semester onwards in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Google Workspace tools. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Ability to organize tasks and adapt to dynamic environments. * Clear communication and empathetic interaction. * Attention to detail and analytical thinking. * Proactivity. * Interest in employee experience and talent development. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
