**Credicorp Capital** invites you to Turn Challenges into Opportunities and become our next **Technical Leader**, whose mission will be to lead the technical front of OPEP projects. ***Functions:*** * Develop and execute the implementation plan for a software component. * Lead work teams, with the vision and ability to interact effectively with all participants. * Guide the development team in adhering to Architecture guidelines. * Lead end-to-end testing of developments. * Coordinate the deployment process of developments. * Manage risks and issues. * Actively collaborate with different project roles to ensure quality deliverables. ***Requirements:*** * University professional in Computer Engineering, Systems, Computing or related fields. * Minimum of five years of experience in software implementation projects. * Minimum of two years of experience leading development teams. * Experience in developing applications using Java or other languages. * Experience in developing API REST and/or SOAP services. * Participation in projects using agile and traditional methodologies. ***Other knowledge and skills:*** * Experience in cloud developments on Azure or AWS. * Experience in banking projects.
