Analyze the P\&L across departments to identify cost and expense efficiency opportunities. 2\. Provide metrics and indicators to assess the technical\-financial impact of efficiency initiatives. 3\. Collaborate in defining action plans together with responsible departments, ensuring technical support. 4\. Monitor progress of initiatives, identifying risks of non-compliance. 5\. Generate dashboards and reports on achieved efficiencies and pending opportunities. 6\. Ensure consistency of data used in efficiency measurements (technical data governance). 7\. Document and disseminate best practices in efficiency and sustainability for adoption across different departments. **Requirements:** Completed university studies in actuarial science, economics, statistics, engineering, or related fields. Prior experience in actuarial, pricing, or technical risk roles within insurance companies or banks. Proficiency in programming languages R or Python.
