A leading industrial company in the sector is seeking a Treasury Analyst, detail-oriented, with analytical capability and solid knowledge of financial management. **Responsibilities:** · Review weekly the payment vouchers issued. · Execute payment scheduling to suppliers, petty cash funds, and advances to be settled, according to the approved schedule, after verifying supporting documentation. · Archive and control daily proof of payment documents. · Detect and report any anomalies in monetary deposits (fraud, theft, altered vouchers, etc.). · Prepare monthly cash flow statements. · Ensure banks and ERP systems are reconciled weekly. · Perform daily bank reconciliations and report identified discrepancies. · Review, record, and pay tax withholdings online via SUNAT’s website. · Download monthly bank and credit card statements. · Manage various banking procedures. · Coordinate with suppliers regarding adjustments or improvements to the accounting and billing systems. · Monitor and review advances to be settled. · Record and settle weekly general cash expenses and advances to be settled. · Address management requests as required. · Solid knowledge of tax and banking regulations. · Monitor balances and transactions across all accounts. · Support negotiations with banks regarding fees, commissions, and banking charges to achieve savings within the budget allocated to the treasury department. · Support the monthly treasury closing process and delivery of financial reports to the accounting department. · Support the accounting department whenever necessary. · Prepare annual financial projections. · Develop internal policies and processes for the Treasury Department. · Participate in financial audits related to treasury functions. · Other duties inherent to the position and department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum two years’ experience in similar positions. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience using ERP systems CONTANET and STARSOFT. * Preferred: knowledge of accounting topics, cash flow forecasting, tax and banking regulations, and banking platforms. * Knowledge of financial management, treasury operations, IFRS, and financial analysis. * Skills: analytical ability, organizational skills, proactivity, results orientation, and teamwork. **Benefits:** Biweekly timely payments.
