Perform daily reconciliation of vault and petty cash, and keep payments and collections of remittances updated in the Falanet system. Close registers daily by validating documents and recording all information in F8, according to corporate treasury requirements. Reconcile and verify the authenticity of transaction documents, report shortages and overages, and issue area reports. Provide post-sale service and Click and Collect, manage exchanges, returns, and claims, and carry out digital order picking to ensure customer satisfaction. Comply with service routines and protocols applicable to their role within the framework of Tottus' Amabilidad service model. **Requirements:** Completed secondary education; technical studies or ongoing studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
