Business group, leader in supplying valves and components for the Mining, Industrial and Oil sectors, with technical service and factory warranty representing important international brands, is looking for an active and responsible person for the position of Workshop Manager. Requirements: · Professional in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields. · 02 years of experience in supervision of maintenance, repair and/or calibration of relief and/or safety valves, oil refineries and/or mining and/or industrial companies. \- Availability to work in Lurigancho \- Must have Class AI Driver's License General Responsibilities: \- Daily coordination of work priorities with the Service Manager. \- Approve and/or reject maintenance services performed by technicians. \- Selection, installation, maintenance and calibration of safety valves on test benches according to instructions. \- In charge of creating drawings for spare parts manufacturing and preparing specifications for required materials. \- Coordinate with the Operations Manager the acquisition of spare parts, plates and special materials required for each service. \- Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and promote teamwork. \- Organize and delegate tasks related to identification, assembly-disassembly, comprehensive inspection and maintenance of valves together with maintenance technicians. \- Responsible for visual inspection of the external condition of valves for maintenance (safety seal, identification plate, inlet and outlet), to identify any damage, missing components or other observations, supported by maintenance technicians. \- Supervisor in charge of verifying and preparing maintenance protocols according to standard format, for subsequent delivery to the client through the Operations Manager. \- Perform domestic travel to carry out technical visits or specific maintenance services as supervisor, and international travel to attend training sessions. \- Report verbally or in writing to the Service Manager all workshop incidents. \- Responsible for reporting service performance indicators to management.
