At **CONSTRUCTORA TECNOLOGÍA MODERNA**, we are looking for a **BIM Modeler** to join our engineering team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing 3D structural models, architectural drawings, MEP drawings and technical documentation according to the company's BIM standards and processes. Additionally, the candidate must have knowledge of **quantity takeoffs and budgeting**. **Main Responsibilities** * Model architectural, structural and MEP drawings in Revit, Tekla or other BIM tools. * Prepare construction drawings, quantity takeoffs/budgets and technical details. * Coordinate with other disciplines and participate in *clash detection* processes. * Maintain model quality and accuracy according to BIM standards and required LOD (minimum LOD 200\). * Support preparation of deliverables and project information management. * Set up templates for each discipline. * Adapt families ensuring parameter preservation. * Adjust tags and graphic styles according to project standards. **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Drawing or related fields. * Proven experience as a BIM structural modeler. * Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Tekla or others). * Knowledge of quantity takeoffs and budgeting. * Ability to set up templates, adapt families and adjust graphic styles within the BIM environment.
