The candidate must possess solid knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling, and the ability to work in an organized, efficient manner while maintaining a high standard of quality. **Desired Qualifications:** * Knowledge of traditional Peruvian and/or seafood dishes. * Familiarity with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and present dishes according to the menu and established standards. * Supervise proper use of supplies and control waste. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area. * Coordinate with kitchen assistants and support staff. * Meet delivery deadlines and quality standards for each preparation. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
