





***Main functions:*** * **Prepare food and beverages** according to the established menu (sandwiches, desserts, juices, coffees, among others). * **Supervise the cleanliness and organization** of the kitchen area, utensils, equipment, and storage. * **Control input stock**, checking inventory levels and requesting timely restocking. * **Maintain quality and presentation standards** of products before dispatch. * **Comply with and enforce food hygiene and safety regulations.** * **Coordinate with the customer service area** to ensure fast and efficient service. * **Record daily input consumption** and assist in kitchen cost control. * **Support the development of new recipes or products** to diversify the cafeteria's offerings. * **Supervise the proper operation of kitchen equipment** and report any malfunctions. * **Assist in preparing and organizing the service area**, helping to bring out products, place utensils, and keep the environment clean and orderly. * **Occasionally support customer service tasks**, taking orders or delivering products when necessary. ***Competencies and skills:*** * Punctuality and work commitment. * Responsibility and organization. * Teamwork. * Speed and attention to detail. * Knowledge of food handling. * Leadership ability and assertive communication. * Proactive attitude and customer service orientation. ***Suggested requirements:*** * Technical education or proven experience in cooking or gastronomy. * Basic knowledge of inventory control and hygienic food handling. * Minimum 6 months of kitchen experience.
