The professional will be responsible for supervising **preventive maintenance activities of electrical systems, UPS, air conditioning, and fire protection systems**, ensuring compliance with the client's established quality, safety, and environmental standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the execution of electrical, HVAC, and power backup system works. * Verify technical compliance of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Coordinate with the client and technical teams the scheduling and validation of progress. * Monitor the proper use of tools, materials, and PPE according to safety protocols. * Prepare **daily and weekly technical reports** on work progress. * Ensure adherence to the project **schedule** and company **Integrated Management System (IMS)** standards. **Profile Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree or graduate engineer** in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Minimum **3 years of general experience**, including at least **1 year supervising electrical or power-related work**. * Knowledge of **UPS, electrical panels, air conditioning, and fire protection systems maintenance**. * Experience in **mining projects or high-altitude areas** (desirable). * Proficiency with technical tracking and reporting tools (MS Project or similar). * Immediate availability for onsite work in **Ayacucho (Pallancata Mining Unit)**. **Benefits:** * Immediate incorporation into the **Hochschild Project – PR\-565**. * Coverage of **meals, accommodation, and transportation** during the project. * Training on client safety standards and procedures. * Job stability and potential continuation in future projects.
