We invite you to join our team at Plaza San Miguel as a Full Time member! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide friendly, prompt, and high-quality customer service, ensuring an excellent experience. * Operate and properly supervise all games and stations in the store. * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures with responsible money handling. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and good presentation of the store. * Actively promote the store's services, promotions, and experiences. * Rotate among different operational areas (cash register, games, customer service) as needed. * Assist in daily inventory and product control. * Carry out other tasks inherent to the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or entertainment centers (preferably in virtual reality). * Service-oriented attitude and positive demeanor with customers. * Recommended age: between 18 and 30 years old. * Dynamic, proactive, and ability to work in a team. * Responsibility, commitment, and punctuality. * Passion for video games and technology. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **AVAILABILITY** \- Full time \- Rotating shifts, 6 days per week, 1 day off (between Monday and Wednesday): \* Opening shifts: 10:30am\-7:30pm // \* Closing shifts: 1:30pm \- 10:30pm (approx) ***Contract from day one \- Employment offer under MYPE regime*** Type of position: Full time Salary: S/.1,130.00 \- S/.1,250.00 per month Workplace: On-site job
