Position Summary: We are seeking a General Director to lead the integrated management of three educational campuses, consolidating a cohesive work culture and promoting strategic decisions for academic excellence. The role aims to oversee the integrated management of the three campuses, consolidate a coordinated work culture, and promote strategic decisions that strengthen academic, administrative, and operational performance, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for students and families. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Academic Qualifications** \* Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Administration, Psychology, or Engineering. \* Graduate studies (Master’s degree in Education, Educational Management, Leadership of Educational Institutions, School Management, or Educational Administration). **Experience** \* Minimum 5 years of leadership or academic management experience in private educational institutions. \* Experience leading teaching and leadership teams. \* Experience in academic planning, monitoring of performance indicators, improvement of educational outcomes, and institutional management. \* Pedagogical and curricular management. \* National Curriculum and current educational regulations. \* Teacher performance evaluation. \* Indicator-based management (KPIs). \* Strategic planning and institutional management. \* School coexistence and parent-family engagement. \* Residency in Puente Piedra or nearby districts. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \* Lead academic management across the three educational campuses, promoting excellence and continuous improvement. \* Plan, supervise, and monitor the achievement of institutional academic objectives. \* Conduct ongoing tracking of academic results by campus, level, grade, teacher, and student, defining improvement plans. \* Supervise compliance with the Institutional Educational Project (PEI), Annual Work Plan (PAT), curriculum planning, academic calendar, and other management tools. \* Lead pedagogical support for the six directors through periodic meetings, evaluating indicators, results, and action plans. \* Supervise and strengthen teacher performance, promoting training programs, pedagogical innovation, and continuous improvement. \* Plan, supervise, and monitor school coexistence, institutional climate, and handling of significant academic cases. \* Supervise compliance with current educational regulations and submit academic reports and indicators (KPIs) for decision-making. **COMPETENCIES:** \* Pedagogical leadership. \* Strategic thinking. \* Planning and organization. \* Team development and leadership. \* Effective communication. \* Data-driven decision making. \* Conflict resolution. \* Results orientation. \* Strong ethical and institutional commitment.
