




Valentini Café Surco is seeking a Head Chef to perform the following duties: Prepare dishes according to the restaurant’s menu while maintaining quality standards Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen area Ensure proper use and care of kitchen utensils Comply with hygiene, safety, and food safety regulations Collaborate and integrate into the team to ensure optimization of time and product quality Propose process improvements and ideas to enhance efficiency and streamline operations according to brand standards Requirements: Technical and/or university degree preferred Experience in haute cuisine Hotel and restaurant experience preferred Availability to work in Surco Position type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
