




We are looking for an **experienced Itamae**, for our location in **Lince**. We are located near Javier Prado. The salary is above market rate. Weekly schedule of 48 hours. 8 hours of work and 1 hour for lunch break. Rotating shifts. Formal employment registration from day one, plus meals, career development opportunities, and a positive work environment. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and production of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese specialties. * Ensuring the quality, freshness, and impeccable presentation of each dish. * Adherence to hygiene protocols, food handling standards, and kitchen area cleanliness. * Inventory management of ingredients and support in kitchen organization. * Teamwork and adaptability within a fast-paced production environment. * **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an Itamae or Japanese cuisine chef. * Mastery of cutting techniques, sushi assembly, and fish handling. * Speed, precision, and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure. * Availability for rotating shifts.
