We are a growing metal-mechanical company and are looking for an **URGENT** **LATHE OPERATOR** to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Knowledge of metrology, cutting and measuring tools, mechanical drawing reading, lathe maintenance. * Graduate or degree holder in Production Mechanics. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a conventional lathe operator (Essential). * Responsible and results-oriented. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Turn parts and components according to drawings and supervisor instructions to meet production targets. * Perform preventive maintenance on the lathe. * Interpret drawings and tolerance tables in coordination with the supervisor. * Perform quality control on manufactured parts according to drawing specifications. * Properly care for assigned tools and equipment as per company guidelines to ensure optimal performance. * Other duties related to the position. **BENEFITS** * 50% meal coverage * Continuous learning opportunities * Market-competitive remuneration * Work from Monday to Friday, occasionally Saturdays * Labor benefits Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month Application Questions: * What is your salary expectation? * Which district do you live in? * Do you have immediate availability?
