Job Requirements: Lead, manage, and supervise the development area. Leading, evaluating, and selecting the technical team in the development and introduction of new products and/or new uses of the current portfolio according to defined priorities. Academic Qualifications: Professional degree in agronomic engineering, agro-industrial engineering, biology, or related fields. Courses in marketing and sales are desirable. * English B2 Skills and Knowledge: * Knowledge of local and international regulations related to labeling and use of agricultural products. * Design, implementation, and analysis of field trials (in-house and outsourced). * Statistical tools for technical results analysis. * Preparation of schedules, budgets, and methodologies for product development. * Preparation and delivery of technical presentations. * Skills to lead training sessions for sales teams and other key teams. * Experience in managing and supervising technical teams in the Agricultural Industry, specifically in Crop Protection and agrochemical products. * ERP systems proficiency. * Intermediate level office software skills. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar positions.
