**Date:** Oct 29, 2025 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will your challenge be?** Manage the development of key commercial processes for the Robin business (USA Hot Sauces) as well as lead commercial intelligence capability and operational model for USA BAU, Robin, Central America, Chile, Uruguay and Colombia businesses. Lead transformation projects to optimize our operational model, enabling our international markets with excellence. **What will you do in your role?** * Ensure the identification and mapping of key sales processes impacting Robin business results. * Centralize order management information and track internal processes, providing operational support to the business. Guarantee distribution processes together with our SCH NNII team for Robin. * Monitor and update the Robin Business Case (Hot Sauces project in the North American market). * Manage the customer portfolio, overseeing the collections process in terms of information and compliance. * Manage requests for renewal, expansion and/or new Credit Lines, collecting all necessary information with business input. * Manage the database of Sanitary Registrations in destination markets for marketed categories and develop the registration acquisition process. * Ensure compliance with the claims handling process, tracking each case and coordinating root-cause solution proposals with partner departments such as distribution, trade operations, product development and quality. * Coordinate with the business unit the fulfillment of rebates and credit notes generated by commercial initiatives. * Manage the Customer Database, serving as the contact point for information on commercial terms, price lists, contracts and commercial agreements. * Develop commercial policies and controls jointly with the business. * Manage and maintain commercial KPIs that enable strategic, data-driven decision-making for the Robin and NNGG businesses. **What do we require from you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business or Industrial Engineering * Advanced English * Intermediate English skills desirable, intermediate SAP knowledge * Advanced Office skills desirable * Experience with digital management tools desirable * 5 years of experience in sales operations or sales administration.
