




**REQUIREMENTS:** * **Completed or incomplete technical studies in gastronomy, pastry-making, or related fields.** * **Availability to work rotating shifts.** * **Minimum 2 years of experience.** * **Availability to work in San Luis.** * **Knowledge of fine confectionery.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Execute the development of new pastry product alternatives.** * **Meet production targets according to order schedules.** * **Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and hygiene standards established by the Quality Department.** * **Maintain daily inventory records of products and ensure proper stock rotation.** * **Verify that machines and utensils required for production are in good condition and functioning properly.** * **Perform proper final decoration of desserts.** * **Safeguard recipes for assigned products.** * **Verify that products meet all quality specifications (weight, size, texture, color, taste, etc.).** * **Inspect the quality of raw materials.** **Salary: S/1,500 (base) + S/350 (mobility bonus) + S/400** **Rotating shifts** **Statutory benefits from the first day of employment (vacation, CTS, bonuses, family allowance)** **Bi-weekly payments** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site
