At CEDENT, a dental clinic located in Breña, we are hiring a **Process Analyst and Continuous Improvement Specialist** responsible for optimizing the clinic’s key processes. This position will be tasked with diagnosing current operations, designing efficient workflows, implementing improvements, and ensuring consistent adherence to procedures—directly contributing to the clinic’s growth and sustainability. **REQUIREMENTS** * University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in process analysis, continuous improvement, operations, or quality (preferred) * Knowledge of **process mapping**, BPMN, standardization, workflow design, and operational documentation * Proficiency with digital tools: Excel, diagramming software (Miro, Draw.io, Visio, or similar) * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, clear communication, and focus on operational efficiency * Proactivity, autonomy, and capacity to work toward defined objectives **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Map and document the clinic’s current processes: reception, appointments, budgeting, clinical care, billing, and administration * Identify operational problems, bottlenecks, recurring errors, and improvement opportunities * Design and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance patient experience * Develop flowcharts, instructions, operational manuals, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) * Implement approved changes, train staff, and ensure proper adoption of new procedures * Define and monitor management indicators (KPIs) related to timelines, compliance, and service quality * Conduct ongoing follow-up of improved processes and propose adjustments as needed * Align operations with quality standards, clinical best practices, and applicable regulations (SUSALUD) * Coordinate directly with Management to prioritize improvements, assess impact, and ensure sustainability of changes **WORK SCHEDULE** * On-site in Breña * Monday through Saturday * Shift aligned with the clinic’s operational hours (to be determined based on availability and project workload) **WE OFFER** * Join a growing clinic with the opportunity to lead tangible improvements * Direct reporting line to Management to drive decisions and improvements * Opportunity to develop your career in process and operations management * Market-competitive compensation commensurate with level of responsibility Employment type: Full-time Application question(s): * What is your DNI number? * What experience do you have in process analysis or improvement?
