At **Resins & Acabados S.A.C.**, we are looking for the best talent to fill the position of **Quality Control Assistant** at our emulsion polymer and derivatives plant. **Functions:** * Perform sampling of finished products, ensuring proper storage and labeling of counter-samples. * Conduct physicochemical tests on collected counter-samples. * Monitor counter-samples through stability, appearance, and application tests. * Provide support in physicochemical analysis of raw materials. * Inspect finished products to verify compliance with technical specifications. * Perform daily checks of laboratory equipment and report any deviations. * Apply and maintain the 5S methodology in the work area. * Maintain constant communication with the Quality Assurance Coordinator. * Other related duties. **Requirements:** * Graduate of a technical or university program in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in Quality Assurance/Control areas (not mandatory). * Knowledge of sampling techniques and laboratory analysis. * Intermediate level in Microsoft Office. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power BI. * Availability to work onsite in Ventanilla. **Benefits:** * Formal employment from day one. * Salary benefits according to law. * Excellent working environment. * Commuting transportation. * Constant training.
