Job Requirements: Execute the necessary actions and methods to introduce new products to the market or modify the use of existing ones in order to increase sales, giving priority and emphasis to the development of biological products. Provide support in researching and studying the needs/issues of national agriculture in order to identify solutions and growth opportunities. Academic Background: Professional degree in Agronomic Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Biology, or related fields. Skills and Knowledge: * Experience in development of agricultural, agrochemical, and biological products. * Proven experience managing field trials and technical validations. * Demonstrated technical ability in research, development, and innovation. * Experience in efficacy testing of various agrochemical products. * Experience with export crops in production, development, quality, and/or phytosanitary management (grapes, avocados, citrus, blueberries, pomegranates, etc.) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the role.
