




**Job Requirements:** · Academic Qualification: High school diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Soil Mechanics, or related fields. · Experience: Minimum 2 years as Technical Office Manager in construction or earthwork projects. **Specific Responsibilities:** · Prepare project budgets and quotations based on quantity take-offs, ACU, and APU. · Review and validate drawings, quantity take-offs, and technical specifications provided by the client. · Prepare and update quantity take-offs according to engineering drawings and actual physical progress. · Prepare valuations and supporting documentation for the client. · Coordinate with project, production, and logistics departments to ensure technical consistency. · Monitor project execution against actual results (budgetary control and variance analysis). · Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and production control reports. · Prepare operational performance reports for the project. · Coordinate with logistics and administration departments to prepare purchase orders, work orders, and contracts with suppliers and/or subcontractors. · Review supplier or subcontractor valuations and supporting documentation (guides, vouchers, forms, etc.). · Supervise compliance with construction procedures and technical specifications. · Manage project technical documentation: AutoCAD drawings, data sheets, test reports, quality reports. · Participate in technical coordination meetings with clients and suppliers.
