At LPS Grupo, we are part of the growth of telecommunications in the country and we are looking for a **PEXT and PINT Project Analyst (night shift)** who wants to take on new challenges and leave a mark on every project. **What will you do?** You will be responsible for controlling, monitoring, and communicating external plant (PEXT) and internal plant (PINT) activities during maintenance windows (00:00 a.m. to 06:00 a.m.), ensuring that each operation is executed successfully and within the scheduled time. Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating with technical teams, contractors, and clients, guaranteeing service quality and continuity. **Your main responsibilities:** * Supervise field maintenance activities and validate each operational milestone (key collection, site arrival, photographic record, opening/closing of CRQ–CCR events). * Coordinate with technical areas such as NOC Transport, NOC Access, BTN, BOSF, and SOC. * Timely escalation of any incident or deviation during execution. * Update databases and track PEXT and PINT migration projects. * Review budgets, permits, and requirements for project execution. * Manage access, special permits, and TSS report validation with the client. * Ensure contractor work complies with established standards. **What we are looking for:** * **Experience:** minimum of 1 year in external and internal plant projects. * **Technical background:** knowledge in CCNA, LAN/WAN networks, FTTH, HFC, 3G/4G/5C architecture. * **Profile:** analytical, problem-solving, and strong sense of urgency. * **Availability:** to work **night shifts (00:00 a.m. to 06:00 a.m.)**. **What we offer:** * Be part of a leading telecommunications company with national presence. * Continuous learning and professional development in a collaborative environment. * A team that values initiative, responsibility, and commitment.
