POSITION PROFILE: * Minimum 2 years of experience in security for commercial venues, restaurants, or events. * Knowledge in access control, incident management, and customer service. * Ability to work under pressure and remain calm during critical situations. * Good physical condition, punctuality, and commitment. * Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and discretion. * Availability for rotating shifts. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor the entry and exit of customers, staff, and suppliers. * Supervise all rooftop areas to ensure safety and order. * Provide courteous and respectful service to customers. * Report and document any incidents or irregularities. * Coordinate with management and customer service teams during emergencies. * Assist in enforcing internal protocols and safety regulations. * Check the status of fire extinguishers, surveillance cameras, and restricted access points. * Ensure proper use of assigned equipment and materials.
