We are looking for a passionate, organized Talent and Project Coordinator with full-time availability to join our team. **Your responsibilities** * Propose and coordinate *influencer marketing* strategies according to each brand's objectives. * Conduct *scouting* of new talents and *influencers* suitable for campaigns. * Prepare *media kits*, formal quotations, and campaign and collaboration budgets. * Manage schedules, contracts, and track content agreements fulfilled by talent. * Coordinate invoicing with the accounting department, perform bank reconciliations, and follow up on campaign payments. * Control and archive contracts for each talent and active collaboration. * Manage the agency's social media posting schedule and digital positioning. * Coordinate and supervise content creation together with talents. * Lead invitations for events, launches, and experiences with *influencers* and strategic partners. * Keep the contact database updated and support the internal organization and structure of the agency. * Stay current on social media trends and content creation.
