RESPONSIBILITIES: * Verify the accuracy and consistency of data entered by agents into systems (sales, collections, requests, claims, etc.). * Validate that calls, scripts, and processes have been executed according to established protocols. * Detect errors or inconsistencies in documentation or management, and route them for correction. * Record validations performed and generate reports with observations and metrics. * Apply checklists or validation checklists according to each campaign or process. * Provide timely feedback to the team or corresponding channel in case of frequent errors. * Meet established timeframes for the validation of each case or call.
