A prominent company in the Textile industry requires an ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT. **DESIRED REQUIREMENTS**: · Completed technical studies in Accounting. · Knowledge and minimum of 1 year of experience in the accounting field. · Knowledge and experience in the following tasks: * Experience with reconciliations, payables and receivables. * Theoretical knowledge of main accounting accounts. * Handling of accounting systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and lookup formulas). * ERP system experience. * Management of income and expenses (suppliers, customers, payment processing and invoice collections). * Preparation of accounting documents and records. * Account analysis. * Account and invoice reconciliation. * Creation and updating of expense reports. **GENERAL COMPETENCIES**: * Proven work experience as an ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT or related role. * Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel. * Strong understanding of accounting principles as an ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT. * Excellent communication skills. * Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask. * Teamwork and motivation abilities. * Degree in Accounting; having a degree in a related field will be valued. **BENEFITS**: Full-time schedule.
