That is why we are looking for top talent for the position of: **LIQUIDATION ASSISTANT \- VENTANILLA** Your ability to manage and coordinate the various aspects within the area will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Liquidation Assistant/Assistant * Knowledge of cash reconciliation * Intermediate level Excel skills * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday * Availability to work in Ventanilla **Responsibilities:** * Collect daily from the mailbox all trips completed by Lip Transport drivers * Verify that the physical documentation for each trip is complete: Shipment Control, Lip Transport Guide, Customer's Delivery Note, EIR, Weight and measurement control * Enter into the operating system all trip expenses such as tolls, travel allowances (invoices and/or receipts), accommodations, unit washes, etc. * Send information to the billing department * Scan and photocopy supporting documents for international trips * Other duties inherent to the position **Benefits:** * Salary: S/1500 * Enrollment on payroll from the first day of work * Profit sharing Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,613\.00 per month Application question(s): * Age and district of residence * Updated phone number and WhatsApp Work location: On-site job
