Evaluate and propose improvements in operational workflows, challenging the current state to optimize time and costs 2\. Support automation of manual and repetitive tasks to increase efficiency 3\. Document procedures and update best practices in cash cycle management Strategic Projects 1\. Collaborate on digital transformation and operational efficiency initiatives 2\. Coordinate with key departments (IT, Finance, Operations) to implement identified improvements 3\. Support change management efforts to ensure adoption of new solutions Reporting Results and Sustaining Initiatives 1\. Prepare executive reports with data-driven findings and recommendations 2\. Present and justify analyses to management and work teams, facilitating decision-making 3\. Ensure follow-up and sustainability of implemented improvements Data Analysis and Insight Generation 1\. Extract, analyze, and interpret key data from budgets, settlements, billing, and returns. 2\. Identify trends, improvement opportunities, and operational risks. 3\.
