MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and enter leads into our CRM Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from the digital community Manage calls to schedule office appointments Identify and suggest viral content ideas for our social media posts Publish and schedule content across social platforms Actively participate in brand content creation Support digital campaigns, contests, and strategies Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor Requirements REQUIREMENTS: Completed studies in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related fields Minimum of 3 months of experience managing social media (professionally, freelance, or volunteer) Excellent writing and spelling skills Creativity, proactivity, and organization Availability to work on-site with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, including one day off per week.
