MYG Hidraulic Service, a Peruvian company with over 18 years of experience in hydraulic maintenance services, repair and manufacturing of components for machinery in the general industry, is looking for a **CNC BORING MILL OPERATOR**. **REQUIREMENTS:** \* Graduate technician in mechanical production / machine tool operator or related fields. \* Proficient in using measurement instruments. \* Ability to read technical drawings and interpret tolerances. \* Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC equipment. \* Willingness to work as part of a team. \* Availability to work day and night rotating shifts. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \* Plan operations and sequence of work on CNC boring mill \* Manufacture support fixtures and auxiliary tables for supporting large parts \* Manufacture parts using conventional and CNC machine tools \* Perform precision bench mechanic tasks with metrological accuracy. \* Perform programming tasks for machining complex parts using Mastercam or similar software \* Operate CNC boring mill to machine large equipment and parts, preferably TOS brand \* Perform flatness, perpendicularity and parallelism machining on boring mill \* Perform drilling, boring and internal threading operations on boring mill \* Work with large-sized parts requiring high accuracy \* Achieve high-quality finishes on parts \* Carry out pre-assembly and final assembly of industrial equipment **FUNCTIONS:** \* Read technical drawings and apply them to assigned work. \* Verify that measuring tools are calibrated and in good condition. \* Identify required materials and/or tools for various jobs. \* Differentiate cutting tools for specific uses. \* Handle large components for positioning (using forklift, hoist, etc.) \* Verify machine alignments, parallelism and perpendicularity during machining process (boring). \* Coordinate with quality control for final evaluation of machined components (repaired or manufactured). \* Knowledge in handling measuring instruments (micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, etc.) \* Other duties inherent to the area and/or instructions from immediate supervisor.
