Michie Group is looking for a proactive and organized Community Manager to manage and grow our social media presence, **with a primary focus on English content and interaction**. Key Responsibilities: * **Daily Community Management (in English):** Monitor, interact, and respond to comments and direct messages on all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) **in fluent English.** * **Content Planning:** Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to plan the weekly content calendar. * **Creative Copywriting:** Write engaging, persuasive, and grammatically correct captions/copies for all publications and campaigns **in English.** * **Publishing:** Schedule and post graphic and video content according to the calendar. * **Basic Reporting:** Monitor and report on weekly post performance and community growth. Requirements: * **Advanced or Native\-Level English Proficiency (Written and Verbal) \- MANDATORY.** * Proven experience as a Community Manager or in social media management roles. * **Exceptional spelling, grammar, and writing skills in English.** * Knowledge and handling of social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite). * Ability to establish a brand voice that represents Michie Group. * **Availability for in\-person work at our Surco offices, Lima.** Job Type: Part\-time Pay: S/.1,050\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week Language: * English (Required) Work Location: In person
