Currently, we are seeking a MARKETING MANAGER: REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum of 03 years of experience in the position. * Advanced studies required, such as diplomas or courses in market research, knowledge and management of advertising campaigns, * Digital marketing, market analysis, brand management, leadership skills. Knowledge and experience in audiovisual material production. * Advanced level of Microsoft Office. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage objectives, indicators, and activities aligned with institutional plans. * Develop the Annual Marketing Plan in coordination with General Management and relevant department heads, and ensure its implementation. * Supervise the marketing team’s work, including advertising, corporate image, graphic design, content, and communications. * Propose, design, and supervise all multimedia content. * Analyze market trends. * Identify commercial opportunities in existing and new areas for acquiring new customers. * Align strategies and maximize sales. * Create profiles and generate customer lists for sales prospecting, marketing campaigns for various products and services. * Identify business opportunities to increase market share and market penetration. * Fulfill other duties inherent to the position assigned by the immediate supervisor.
