HIPERATOS, a Peruvian company with more than 14 years of experience in the market, dedicated to the import and sale of sneakers and sportswear nationwide, wholesale and retail, from internationally recognized brands such as Adidas, Reebok, Puma, Nike, Converse, among others, 100% original, we also sell our own product, Hiperatos sneakers; currently we are expanding, therefore we are looking to incorporate top talent to fill the position of: SALES ADVISOR Requirements: \- Completed secondary education. \- 1 year of sales experience. \- 1 year of sales experience in the retail sector (desirable). \- Availability to work in person in La Victoria / Cercado de Lima. Functions: * Provide information and assistance to customers regarding store products to ensure excellent service. * Carry out labeling of current prices and promotions of products in the store to ensure successful sales. * Sell the range of product accessories in order to achieve monthly targets. * Organize product displays neatly to ensure customer service. * Monitor the work area, preventing theft and accidents, contributing to loss prevention. * Verify that 100% of models are properly labeled with barcodes and/or discount tags where applicable to ensure successful sales. * Know all models displayed on the sales floor, including features and benefits, to correctly guide customers' purchasing decisions. * Perform other job-related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor to ensure achievement of objectives.
