Experience * Minimum 3 to 5 years supervising maintenance and minor works in offices or corporate buildings. * Experience coordinating work in: * Air conditioning (HVAC) **\*INDISPENSABLE\*** * Electrical installations * Fire detection systems * Office finishes (painting, drywall, flooring, etc.) Technical Knowledge * Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. * Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance protocols. * Budget management and maintenance valuation skills. * Proficiency with digital tools (MS Project, Excel, basic AutoCAD, maintenance management software). Personal Competencies * Leadership and supervisory ability to manage technicians and contractors. * Planning and organizational skills to coordinate service schedules without disrupting office operations. * Negotiation skills with suppliers and subcontractors. * Effective communication to report progress and issues to management and clients. * Problem-solving and emergency response capability.
