A recognized company specialized in the manufacturing, design, and assembly of metal structures is seeking a Technical Office Engineer. Requirements: * Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. * Postgraduate diploma in Project Management or Construction Management. * Experience in the construction and metal-mechanic industry. * Three years of experience in budgeting, Project Engineering. * Knowledge of blueprint reading and quantity surveying, productivity rates, construction processes, and suppliers. * Knowledge in the execution of civil works and metal structures applied to industrial buildings, process buildings, bridges, and pipe racks. * Proficiency in tools: AutoCAD, advanced Excel, S10\. Functions: * Prepare commercial offers and quotations for low-voltage electrical systems, HVAC, DACI/ACI projects. * Develop unit price analyses (APUs) based on quantities and technical specifications. * Design and update direct and indirect cost templates for each project. * • Evaluate the profitability of proposed projects, optimizing resources without compromising quality. * Record budgets in Auranet. * Develop budget templates and cost analyses. * Present proposals (follow up on proposals, inquire about results and feedback). * Monitor budgets for both tendered and won projects. * Perform daily activity logging in Power Apps.
