**Position Summary**
We are looking for a bilingual (English Spanish) Commercial Finance / FP\&A Manager to continue building an elite team to drive financial planning and strategy at Paysafe Latin America.
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive financial support to the business through meticulous revenue budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and presentation of financial results and identifying operational improvement to drive profitable growth for the company. This position will be responsible for mechanical equipment packages in copper concentrator plants, with the ability to conduct meetings with clients and vendors to determine scope of work, technical and design definitions, as well as quantity and cost estimates for mechanical aspects of a project’s scope. The candidate must have the necessary knowledge to review, develop, modify, and/or evaluate mechanical components and processes and their interrelation with other disciplines. Their recommendations will resolve technical issues and ensure unique and complex mechanical requirements of a project are met.

* Coordinate and manage mechanical packages as the technical lead responsible for documents and scheduled activities within the project.
* Develop design engineering for mechanical equipment and systems for mining industry projects, including pumps (water and slurry distribution networks), grinding circuits, and others related.
* Review and, where applicable, perform calculations and analyses leading to technical design recommendations.
* Be responsible for material requisitions, specifications, data sheets, and other technical documents related to procurement of mechanical equipment.
* Develop and lead supplier evaluations and technical bid assessments for the purchase of mechanical equipment.
* Coordinate with mechanical designers to produce designs and drawings according to project standards, and with mechanical P\&ID designers to produce drawings according to project standards.
* Coordinate work and collaborate with other disciplines and engineering areas within the Company. This involves integrating mechanical efforts with all assigned areas and specialized groups, engineering disciplines, the client, suppliers, contractors, construction, and other functional groups.
* Review and/or prepare conceptual studies, calculation reports, designs, reports, or proposals.
* Provide technical assistance to other mechanical staff and interact with project functions and the client to resolve complex regulatory issues using knowledge of industry codes and standards.
* Support project and construction management to identify and meet mechanical requirements of the project.
**Requirements: Education and Experience:**

Requires a degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, and a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience specifically in mining. Mining experience is essential.
