A construction company seeks to hire an Accounting Analyst: **Requirements** * Degree holder and/or licensed accountant. * Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and taxation. * Solid knowledge of taxation and SPOT. * ERP S10 proficiency (desirable). * Minimum 1 year of experience as an accounting analyst. * Minimum 1 year of experience in construction companies. * Advanced-level Excel proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Analysis of financial statement accounts (balance sheet). * Analysis of income statement accounts. * Preparation of financial statements. * Monthly tax settlement. * Filing of electronic accounting books (PLE). * Review of payroll calculations (employees – workers). * Control of operating expenses. * Control and review of fixed assets. * ITAN filing. * Consortium settlements. * Invoice entry into the system. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Competencies:** * Analytical ability * Teamwork * Proactivity * Confidentiality Employment type: Full-time, Contract-based Contract duration: 6 months Salary: PEN 2,800.00 – PEN 3,000.00 per month Application questions: * In which district of Lima do you currently reside? * Do you have one year of experience as an analyst in construction or real estate companies? * What is your availability? * Do you have experience with the ERP S10 system?
