A leading e-commerce company with over 5 years of experience in the market, specialized in the import, sale, and distribution of high-quality products nationwide, located in LIMA NORTE - LOS OLIVOS, is looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as COMMERCIAL ANALYST BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE at our company INCLICK PERU to analyze, integrate, and transform marketing and sales data into clear and actionable information that enables senior management to make strategic decisions regarding products, campaigns, supervisors, and sales force. REQUIREMENTS: * Students, graduates, or bachelor's degree holders in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields. * Experience: minimum of 2 years in marketing, sales, or BI data analysis. * Skills: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros desirable), Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar tools. * Knowledge of digital marketing metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS). * Knowledge of sales metrics (conversion, team productivity). * Skills: analytical thinking, synthesis ability, clear communication with executives, proactive in proposing improvements. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collect and cross-reference marketing information (leads, cost per lead, campaigns) with sales data (closures, average ticket, upsell, packs, advances). * Determine profitability per product and propose which products to strengthen. * Analyze productivity per supervisor and sales team, identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement. * Design and maintain executive dashboards (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Advanced Excel). * Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key KPIs: Conversion per product, Profitability per supervisor, Cost per lead / cost per sale, Daily production per advisor and team. * Propose data-driven improvements (advertising investment strategy, lead redistribution, sales incentives).
