




**Functions:** · Lead the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring a smooth and complete welcome. · Continuously monitor member satisfaction and propose improvements. · Manage affiliate documentation, including contract and renewal management. · Generate monthly performance reports and analyze data to extract key customer behavior and satisfaction insights. · Collaborate directly with the Marketing and Sales departments, contributing ideas for the development of new business strategies. · Keep the customer registration system (CRM) updated with accurate information. · Support in receiving and storing documentation. · Publish offered services and updates online. · Create and schedule communications and content on social media. **Requirements:** · Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, or related roles. Desirable in sales or commercial areas. · Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with any CRM system is desirable. · Availability for in-person work in San Isidro or Miraflores. · Availability to work 48 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday.
