Human Resources Area (HRM and Labor) * Payroll Management: Preparation and timely payment of payroll (biweekly and end-of-month), including calculation of Social Benefits Settlements (LBS). * Labor Administration: Preparation of formal documentation (memorandums, warnings, letters, etc.). * Internal Regulations: Ensure compliance with the Internal Work Regulations (RIT), internal policies, and procedures. * SST and Development: Conduct and maintain updated induction records and talks on SST and prevention of Sexual Harassment at the workplace. * Work Environment: Participate in conducting surveys, reports on Work Climate, and 360-degree evaluations. * HR Support: Assist in operational activities related to recruitment and personnel selection. 2\. Accounting and Tax Area * Accounting Records: Perform complete recording of accounting information (purchases, sales, bank transactions, provisions, accruals, and expense reports). * Analysis and Financial Statements: Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts. Prepare Financial Statements and their annexes (monthly and annual). * Taxation: File SIRE declarations and monthly tax settlements. Prepare annual and informational filings to the tax authority. * Accounting Books: Manage accounting books (inventories and balances, fixed assets). 3\. Administrative Area * Ensure compliance with the company's general internal policies and procedures.
